Do you do website creation?

Absolutely! We do offer website creation and maintenance, but the details would need to be discussed in a scheduled meeting. To schedule a meeting, visit our contact page or call us at (937) 638-2884!

Can you do tutorial work?

At the moment, we do not offer any tutorial work. We have some plans for the future to do some workshops and podcasts, but are still working out the details!

Is there an onboarding fee?

We do not charge for the initial consultation discussing your social media goals, but we do have a $50 set-up fee where we connect your social media accounts to our scheduling software and answer any additional questions.

What payment method do you use?

For our monthly plans, we prefer to send invoices through Stripe. This allows us to keep track of monthly payments and provide you with a receipt for any accounting purposes. We also accept cash and checks. If you aren’t comfortable with any of these forms of payment, we are more than willing to work something out!

Do you charge for answering questions?

Yes, we do charge for our time in responding to questions. We never want there to be any confusion about our services, or your chosen plan. For every 30-minute session, we charge $50. For quick questions, text Carson, and you will not be charged. That being said, some questions require more time than others and will be charged accordingly.

Do you have a contract?

Yes. While previously we operated without a contract, recent experiences have led us to implement a brief agreement. This contract clearly outlines the agreed-upon price and services, along with other pertinent details. The terms of our agreement will be explained and discussed in the initial consultation.

What happens if we discontinue My Dino Media services in the middle of the month?

All payments are final. If there is an issue with our services, we cannot refund back payment that was made because we factor those payments into our accounting. We would also like to make it SUPER clear that if there are any issues, we WANT to resolve them. We want you to be happy with the services we provide! Please feel free to reach out to Carson with any issues you may have and we will get everything cleared up! We value our clients and want to keep a clear line of communication!

If there are price increases, will I be expected to pay the new price?

No! We want to continue to work with those who started with us and helped us build our brand, so long as you use our services, you’ll pay the same price you joined with!

What happens if I decide to switch plans?

If you're thinking about changing your plan, just reach out to Carson. She'll walk you through the new prices. Good news: you'll get the rates from when you first joined My Dino Media, not the current, updated ones.

Why are you increasing your prices?

We use scheduling software along with other applications to make your experience with us smooth and simple! As we gain more clients, we have to adjust our prices to afford our software. But remember - the price you pay when you start working with My Dino Media is the price you’ll stick with as long as you use our services!

What are my options if I want to keep my original plan price, but don’t need a monthly plan?

If you're interested in retaining your original plan pricing without the need for a monthly plan, we have a convenient option for you! We've got your social media accounts hooked up to our scheduling tool, and we'd love to keep it that way. So, we're offering a maintenance option. It's just $45, and it covers our costs to keep your accounts linked up. This way, you can stick with the pricing you started with. Additionally, Carson, who is already familiar with your social media accounts, will be available to assist with any issues you might encounter.

Note - Just so you know, if you decide to stop using our service and don't go for the maintenance fee, you'll need to pay the latest prices on our website if you decide to use our services again (and we’d love to have you back!).
